Langhe Doc Nebbiolo
Intense ruby red with violet reflexes. Delicate at the nose, with hints of violet and a pleasently spicy background. On the palate it is dry with the right amount of tannins, and a delicate bitterish finish.
Uncork an hour before serving. Ideal with meat, game and mature cheese. Serving temperature 17-18 °C.
