Piemonte Doc Barbera
The color is ruby red with spume and intense purple hints. It has a clean and elegant nose with scents of cherry and wild blackberry. In the mouth it is smooth and coating with a pleasant sparkle which makes it dynamic and easy drinking with persistent balsamic notes.
Typical wine to complement the whole meal. It goes well with starters, first courses and main dishes; it also goes very well with the typical Piedmontese dish Bagna Caoda. Serving temperature 16-18 °C.
